By answering five simple questions, Calgarians began the process of shaping their city’s future. At the beginning, imagineCALGARY was an 18-month public engagement project. It launched in January 2005 with the goal of producing a 100-year vision for Calgary based on what today’s Calgarians want their city to look like. Over 18,000 Calgarians added their voice to imagineCALGARY, making this the largest community visioning process of its kind anywhere in the world!
